TLDR: 30 something, married, has 2 sons, 2 dogs, still skates, likes art, etc.

My Name is Jordan Carr. I am a graphic designer and illustrator. I specialize in branding, illustration, packaging, and print, but anything interesting to design is in my wheelhouse. I started designing logos at 15 for local construction companies and called it t-shirt design, not knowing this was actually called branding. I spent most of my late teens and twenties working as a contractor, renovating houses, then designing and building furniture for boutique stores. Throughout each new venture came a new excuse to design a brand, build a website, and create. I had a kid, got married, got a couple of dogs, had another kid, and decided to follow my passion. I started focusing on graphic design again, and sometimes even made money doing it. I eventually went back to school and graduated from Cal State University Long Beach with my BFA in Graphic Design in 2022. 

I draw inspiration from tattoo flash art, nautical flags, cowboy bandanas, vintage oil cans, space-age design, the desert, skate culture, line art, and tchotchkes. I firmly believe in self-deprecation and will often plant my tongue firmly into my cheek.
